Mediation Workshop

The Mediation Workshop sessions have been successfully organized in Geneva since 2005, with 4 to 5 sessions per year, each lasting three hours.

They provide an opportunity for experienced mediators or learners to participate in role-playing exercises aimed at strengthening their knowledge. The role-playing scenarios can cover various mediation domains. Each participant takes on the role of a mediator, a disputant, or an observer under the guidance of an experienced mediator. Co-mediation is often practiced to encourage active collaboration.

The role-playing exercises are followed by a group discussion where participants share their experiences, fostering reflection among mediators.
