Jérémie Girod, director of Terraxis SA, is an experienced practitioner of Alternative Dispute Resolution methods. He is a certified commercial mediator CSMC and CMAP-ESCP sworn by the Geneva Council. Jérémie is also a certified Gafta arbitrator in the agri-commodity industry.
As a former trader in commodity and financial markets, he is a regular lecturer in derivatives trading. Jeremie is a recognised FinSA mediator and a commodity arbitrator and mediator at the Swiss Chamber's Arbitration Institution.
He is in charge of the commercial mediation chapter of the Fédération Genevoise MédiationS FGeM and a volunteer member of the Geneva Neighborhood Mediation Association Asméd-Ge. Jérémie holds a master's degree in Economics & Business Management from Paris II Pantheon Assas (1995).
Gaudéric Massot, head of financial mediation at Terraxis SA, is a former compliance manager in Anti Money Laundering, life insurance, investment fund and private asset manager. He is chairman of the Board of Directors of GPGP (Independent Assets Managers Association).
Prior to that, he served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OAR-G and is a former member of the Board of Directors of ARIF (Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers), both FINMA accredited and SRO (Self-Regulated Organization).
Gaudéric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Economics, University of Geneva (1985).
Delphine Grandin, financial mediator at Terraxis SA, is a former risk officer in Trade finance & Private banking. Having worked in banking, trading, fund management companies for the last twenty years allowed her to lead up to a wide variety of positions and activities.
Delphine is recognized as practitioner for Alternative Dispute Resolutions as Mediator.
She is member of the Professional Chamber of Mediation and Negotiation - CPMN Delphine holds in Bachelor’s in Finance & Marketing from Anglia Polytechnic University, UK (1997) and completed with a certification in Professional Mediation (2019).
Georges Gherardi worked his career as the head of lombard loan at UBS Bank. He has a long experience in mediation that led him to chair the Fédération Genevoise de Médiation FGeM for the past two years.
He is actively involved in drafting the law for the development of mediation in the canton of Geneva. Georges holds a master's degree in mediation and was a reference during the development of the LPP in Switzerland.
He is a sworn mediator by the Geneva Council and a CSMC & FSM accredited mediator.
He has been recognized by the French government in 2014 for his work as a mediator and has been awarded the French Sécurité Intérieure gold medal.
