Delphine Grandin, financial mediator at Terraxis SA, is a former risk officer in Trade finance & Private banking. Having worked in banking, trading, fund management companies for the last twenty years allowed her to lead up to a wide variety of positions and activities.

She is member of the Professional Chamber of Mediation and Negotiation - CPMN Delphine holds in Bachelor’s in Finance & Marketing from Anglia Polytechnic University, UK (1997) and completed with a certification in Professional Mediation (2019).
Georges Gherardi worked his career as the head of lombard loan at UBS Bank. He has a long experience in mediation that led him to chair the Fédération Genevoise de Médiation FGeM for the past two years.
He is actively involved in drafting the law for the development of mediation in the canton of Geneva. Georges holds a master's degree in mediation and was a reference during the development of the LPP in Switzerland.
He is a sworn mediator by the Geneva Council and a CSMC & FSM accredited mediator.
He has been recognized by the French government in 2014 for his work as a mediator and has been awarded the French Sécurité Intérieure gold medal.
