Fees
Yes. We encourage you to use the power of mediation to resolve your potential business disputes. To do this, we automatically deduct the FinSA affiliation fees from any commercial mediation.
We do not charge cancellation fees. The 2026 affiliation will automatically end at the end of the validity period (31 December 2026). The 2027 affiliation will be proposed to our affiliates in 2026 and will remain at their sole decision.
There is no automatic renewal and our affiliates are not required to renew their membership if they no longer wish to or need it.
No, we do not charge such fees. There are no registration fees or processing fees to pay and you only pay the affiliation price mentioned in #02 above which includes all costs associated with your affiliation.
Yes, the price is per entity/company and not per number of advisors (art. 3 & 29 FinSA).

Yes, Terraxis will inform directly the Federal Departement of Finance (FDF) of your entity's affiliation in a separate process where you do not need to intervene. This is done on an annual basis according to FinSA art. 86 and is part of the duties of Terraxis within the meaning of the FinSA.
Yes, it is entirely possible to do FinSA mediation with Terraxis even if you are affiliated with another mediation body.
