Where does a Terraxis commercial mediation service take place?

The parties decide where they would like the commercial mediation to take place. It is not necessary for a mediation conducted under Terraxis Mediation Rules to take place in Geneva. If the parties do decide to conduct their mediation in Geneva, Terraxis will provide them with a meeting room free of charge. If the parties choose to conduct their mediation outside Geneva, this however will be at their own charges.

How many sessions are necessary for a commercial mediation service?

As each case is different, it is not possible to predict how long the process will take. On average, a commercial mediation takes between 2 and 5 sessions. A lumpsum fee can be agreed in advance depending on the case.
